Job Requirements
- availability to work between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends
- reliable work history
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach frequently
- ability to pass background check, drug screen, math test, physical exam and capacity test
- possess a clean driving record and provide driving abstract if requested
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large bulky racks
- strong organizational skills and effective communication
- positive, safe, and reliable work attitude
- commitment to upholding company core values
- membership in Teamsters Local 690 union
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in merchandising or related field
- experience in bread, bakery, or food industry preferred
- proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- good communication abilities
- clean driving record
Job Duties
- stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness
- face products to create an appealing presentation
- maintain a neat and orderly appearance of bakery products
- drive personal vehicle to deliver products to customer locations
- load and unload products in company vehicle including pushing and pulling racks
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- perform additional duties as assigned
