The role of Sales Manager at voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is a pivotal position responsible for driving the hotel's growth and success through proactive sales strategies and relationship building. This is an overtime eligible management position where the Sales Manager partners closely with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue goals and increase market share. Through initiating solicitation calls, conducting engaging sales tours, and hosting clients from various segments such as Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Groups, the Sales Manager plays a key role in winning new accounts and nurturing lasting partnerships. A strategic thinker and proactive leader, the Sales Manager monitors market trends to capture emerging opportunities while maintaining strong visibility in the local community and industry organizations. Additionally, the role entails operational expertise, including knowledge of hotel policies and access to sensitive areas, ensuring trust and responsibility are upheld at all times.
