Job Duties
- Conduct structured coaching activities for assigned distributor locations
- Collaborate on creating and executing talent strategies including recruitment, hiring, training, and succession planning
- Create training plans on product knowledge and customer experience
- Develop annual strategic plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor financial performance including sales mix, gross margin, and operating expenses
- Partner with store managers to analyze KPIs and establish improvement plans
- Train teams to set service standards and use customer experience measurement tools
- Work with Kohler Services to promote design and installation services
- Collaborate on trade outreach plans with professional channels
- Support execution and inspection of store brand standards
- Coordinate inventory management with store owners and branch managers
- Facilitate adoption of digital tools and software like Salesforce
- Assist marketing team in campaign support and event hosting
- Ensure stores support marketing campaigns and visual direction
- Manage new store openings and remodel projects in the assigned market
- Support recruitment and onboarding for new store teams
- Cultivate productive working relationships to improve business results
- Leverage Kohler resources to enhance distributor capabilities
- Protect brand by identifying and resolving customer experience risks
- Build strategic partnerships with professional sales and corporate teams
- Create a collaborative environment through communication and knowledge sharing
