The Sales Manager II (Japanese-Speaking) role at Hilton Grand Vacations is a critical leadership position responsible for maximizing sales efficiency while maintaining or exceeding the targeted Volume Per Guest. This position involves supervising both the In House and Action Line sales teams through effective coaching, modeling, and reinforcement of sales and customer service best practices. Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active Hawaii State Real Estate License
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • 1-2 years of management experience or 4-9 months of internal HGV management experience
  • 1-2 years of branded vacation ownership experience
  • 1+ years of demonstrated ability to train and motivate individuals in direct sales
  • Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted Volume Per Guest
  • Assist with supervision of In House and Action Line sales teams through coaching and modeling
  • Lead resolution of customer service issues requiring experienced and speedy handling
  • Support Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager by challenging conventional processes and identifying novel sales solutions
  • Manage the sales floor and serve as point person for customer-related expectations and issues
  • Ensure performance of overall sales team meets standards and contracts are executed properly
  • Follow up with personal sales business including conversion of pending business and anti-rescission measures
  • Address concerns regarding conduct of Sales Executives and collaborate with management
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and assist Sales Executives with guest inquiries
  • Interact with guests to ensure understanding of HGV products and vacation ownership
  • Conduct motivational morning sales meetings
  • Manage staff performance including recognition and corrective actions
  • Utilize predefined metrics to generate maximum sales team performance
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests from management
