The Sales Manager position at a Concord Hospitality property is crucial for driving the hotel's commercial success. This role involves actively developing and expanding hotel business through a variety of channels including direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and property tours that highlight both guest rooms and event spaces. This position entails strategic planning and execution of sales efforts aimed at generating new business and cultivating existing customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. Sales Managers are responsible for creating and leading sales strategies, maintaining a sharp awareness of market pricing, and collaborating with multiple departments and external partners such as city convention centers, revenue management teams, and third-party booking platforms to capitalize on key events city-wide. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, proactive engagement with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales goals each month. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel sales
