As a diversified hospitality company with a range of world-class brands, Hilton is committed not only to excellence in guest services but also to fostering an inclusive and award-winning workplace culture that supports and nurtures its Team Members. This dedication has earned Hilton multiple recognitions on the World's Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, highlighting its commitment to employee satisfaction and engagement. As a Sales Manager at Hilton, you play a pivotal role in driving group sales and fostering strong client relationships that contribute directly to the hotel’s success. This role is not just about generating and managing sales; it is about embodying the spirit of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that positively impact guests' stays. The Sales Manager is responsible for researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining, ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds its group sales and revenue goals. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts while developing new opportunities that contribute to overall profitability. By analyzing market trends and hotel data, you will craft targeted business plans and marketing initiatives to capture demand effectively.

Your role also involves leading the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs. Coordination of booking details encompassing room allocations, food and beverage, and meeting spaces ensures seamless delivery of services and a flawless guest experience. Additionally, you will inspire and develop your sales team by providing coaching, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Hilton emphasizes core values such as hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency, all of which are integral qualities they seek and cultivate in their Sales Managers.

Hilton is dedicated to supporting its Team Members beyond the workplace, offering incredible travel perks like deeply discounted stays through the Go Hilton travel program, employee stock purchase options, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, mental health resources, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and robust retirement plans. This comprehensive benefits package underscores Hilton's commitment to the well-being and financial security of its employees, making it not just a place to work, but a place to grow and thrive.
