The role of Sales Manager at Hilton is an exciting opportunity for driven professionals who are passionate about hospitality and excel in generating and managing group sales. This position is pivotal in driving revenue and profitability by building strong client relationships and executing targeted sales strategies. As a Sales Manager, you will engage in proactive outreach, researching and qualifying leads to convert potential business into successful group bookings. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned markets, nurturing existing accounts while actively developing new opportunities. A vital part of this role involves analyzing hotel and market trends to craft and implement effective business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales targets.
Beyond sales activities, the Sales Manager leads the entire sales process—from preparing tailored proposals and conducting site visits to negotiating terms and securing contracts that maximize revenue. Coordination of booking details including room, food and beverage, and meeting space is essential, as is ensuring accuracy in the hotel’s sales management system. The Sales Manager also holds responsibilities for inspiring and developing their team by providing coaching, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive and productive environment. Hilton values leadership and encourages its Sales Managers to lead by example, maintaining a sense of ownership and urgency in every task.
Joining Hilton means more than just a job; it’s a commitment to exceptional hospitality that extends internally to the team. Hilton invests in employee wellbeing with comprehensive benefits such as travel perks allowing discounts at Hilton properties worldwide, an employee stock purchase program to help build financial security, paid parental leave, and personalized caregiving and crisis support. Mental health resources, generous paid time off, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans are also part of Hilton’s robust offerings to ensure employees are supported in all aspects of life.
Hilton’s workplace culture is designed to inspire and empower every team member. Whether you are just beginning your career or seeking new challenges, Hilton supports your growth with training, mentoring, and a welcoming environment where your contributions truly matter. This Sales Manager role offers a rewarding career path with the chance to make a lasting impact by spreading warmth and hospitality to guests and clients alike. Be part of a company that not only sets the standard for exceptional guest experiences but also embraces its team with care, respect, and recognition. Join Hilton and help make every stay a little more magical while advancing your professional journey within an award-winning hospitality leader.
