With more than 3 billion guests welcomed worldwide, Hilton’s dedication to hospitality is reflected in its mission to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. This commitment not only benefits guests but also creates an engaging and supportive work environment where team members can thrive and grow.

Joining the Hilton Hotels team as a Sales Manager offers a unique opportunity to be part of this dynamic, award-winning culture that has been repeatedly recognized by Great Place to Work and Fortune for excellence as an employer. You will engage in comprehensive sales strategies that involve researching markets, identifying potential leads, and building lasting relationships with clients to drive revenue and profitability.

The Sales Manager position is designed to empower you to lead the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, to contract finalization—all aimed at exceeding sales goals. You are also a coordinator of essential booking details such as room allocation, food and beverage needs, and meeting spaces, ensuring seamless and accurate management within the hotel’s sales system. Leadership is another integral part of this role, as you inspire, develop, and support a team through coaching and performance management, fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Hilton believes deeply in internal growth, offering its team members unmatched perks and benefits to support their professional and personal lives. Benefits include significant travel discounts, employee stock purchase plans, paid parental leave, mental health resources, caregiving support, crisis assistance, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and retirement plans. These perks are carefully designed to help team members feel valued and secure, promoting a balanced work-life environment.

At Hilton, core values such as hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency guide every team member. These principles help cultivate a collaborative workplace and ensure that every team member makes a meaningful impact in their role and the guest experience. Whether you are embarking on your career or seeking new challenges, Hilton provides development opportunities and a supportive community to help you succeed.

Choosing a career at Hilton means joining an exceptional workplace culture where your contributions are recognized and your growth is a priority. You will be part of a company known for setting new standards in travel and hospitality, working alongside passionate professionals who share the goal of making every stay special and every guest feel welcome. With Hilton, you come for the job but stay for the rewarding career journey filled with opportunities to shine and make a difference every day.
