Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of sales experience in hospitality or related field
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • ability to meet sales targets consistently
  • valid work authorization
  • excellent grooming and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a hotel group sales role
  • strong sales and communication skills
  • proven track record of closing sales
  • knowledge of local market and hospitality industry
  • degree-level qualification in a relevant field preferred
  • ability to work under pressure and independently
  • positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Research and generate new leads for group opportunities through proactive sales efforts
  • represent the hotel to develop market segments and customer relationships
  • develop business strategies by analyzing market trends
  • create and execute solicitation plans to grow market share
  • manage customer accounts and negotiate contracts
  • maintain business pipeline and meet sales goals
  • conduct site inspections and participate in industry events
