The Sales Manager role at Hilton Grand Vacations is instrumental in driving the company's sales efforts by supporting Sales Executives throughout the sales presentation process, addressing guest inquiries, and facilitating successful closing strategies. The Sales Manager works closely with the sales management team to optimize sales efficiencies while consistently achieving or exceeding targeted net sales volumes. This full-time position includes a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour, complemented by bonuses governed by a comprehensive compensation plan, with targeted annual earnings reaching $180,000 or more based on individual performance.

Beyond salary, the Sales Manager is afforded a rich benefits package from day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as financial wellness programs such as a 401(k) plan with company match, life insurance, and a company stock purchase program. Additional perks include generous paid time off, paid sick days, paid parental leave, and numerous team member recognition opportunities. Hilton Grand Vacations also offers access to exclusive discount travel programs and various career advancement paths.

This role operates within a dynamic sales office that runs seven days a week, with workdays typically starting between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. and concluding after client interactions conclude. New hires undergo a two-week paid training program before moving to a five-day schedule tailored to business needs. The Sales Manager must exemplify professionalism and uphold the company's standards of integrity, quality, and customer service, serving as a role model for the entire sales team.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of successful timeshare sales experience and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to obtain a Hawaii real estate license is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the capacity to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients are critical. Experience in mentoring or supervising team members, previous sales lead roles within timeshare, a valid and active Hawaii real estate license, and a bachelor’s degree are advantageous and will strengthen a candidate’s likelihood of success in this role.
