The role of Sales Manager at UniFirst First Aid + Safety is a pivotal leadership position focused on managing and growing a team of dedicated Territory Managers. The Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting and promoting Green Guard First Aid products within a specific sales territory while leveraging both internal referrals and external lead-generation techniques to capture new business opportunities. This full-time, 5-day work week position promotes work-life balance by providing two days off each week with comprehensive on-the-job training designed to maximize employee success and career growth.
The Sales Manager's responsibilities extend beyond individual sales by supervising and motivating team members to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaboration with the company’s Uniform sales teams presents opportunities for team selling and cross-product enhancement, further driving revenue growth. Job Requirements
- A high school diploma is required
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid non-commercial driver's license and a safe driving record are required
- individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per company standards
- experience in business-to-business selling or account management is required
- solid business understanding and ability to learn quickly
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products in a designated sales territory
