UniFirst First Aid + Safety is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Sales Manager to join their team and lead a group of professional Territory Managers specializing in first aid products. This role involves building, developing, and guiding a sales team to achieve and exceed their monthly and annual sales targets within designated territories. It is a full-time position characterized by a standard five-day workweek with two consecutive days off, supporting a balanced work-life routine. Training is provided on the job to ensure that the Sales Manager and their team are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and promoting the Green Guard First Aid product line within their assigned territories. They will employ a variety of strategies, including internal referrals and external lead generation, to identify and engage potential customers. Leadership responsibilities include supervising and motivating Territory Managers, ensuring alignment with sales goals, and driving consistent performance. Collaboration across teams is essential, particularly working closely with uniform sales associates to capitalize on team-selling opportunities, thereby enhancing overall sales outcomes. The role also involves conducting CPR, First Aid, and AED training classes, sharing expertise with clients to provide valuable education and support. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record are required
  • Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards
  • Experience in business-to-business selling or account management experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products in a designated sales territory

  • Ensure that the team is focused and motivated to achieve their monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with Uniform sales teams to explore and capitalize on team selling opportunities

  • Conduct CPR/First Aid and AED classes
  • Share knowledge and expertise with clients, providing valuable training and support
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue contribution goals
