Rooted in a commitment to excellence, Flynn Hospitality aims to become the premier hotel franchise operator worldwide by consistently upholding the highest standards in hospitality services. The company prioritizes creating memorable and personalized experiences for guests, ensuring that each stay exceeds expectations while also cultivating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and engaged. This dual focus on guest satisfaction and employee growth positions Flynn Hospitality as an employer of choice within the hospitality industry.

Flynn Hospitality is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing all sales activities at the hotel, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing group, corporate, and event business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also lead site tours, prepare proposals, and handle event detailing, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact through booking and event execution. By utilizing brand-standard systems, the Sales Manager will track performance metrics that reflect sales success and business growth. Collaboration with hotel operations is key to guarantee events are executed smoothly and guests receive the highest quality service.

The Sales Manager role is ideal for an individual with strong communication and sales strategy skills, and experience working within Marriott and/or Hilton brands is highly preferred. Familiarity with Marriott and Hilton brand platforms such as CI/TY and SalesPro is essential to successfully navigate sales processes and leverage industry tools effectively. The ideal candidate will be organized, driven, and guest-focused, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining flexibility for occasional travel and varied work hours.

At Flynn Hospitality, the Sales Manager benefits from a welcoming and inclusive workplace environment that promotes diversity and ensures every team member feels they belong. The company offers industry-leading benefits, competitive pay, and various recognition programs that reward dedication and hard work. Employees can also take advantage of career advancement pathways, hands-on training, development programs, and educational support aimed at promoting professional growth. Additional perks include hotel discounts, flexible scheduling, comprehensive health and financial benefits, retirement savings plans with company matching, and a strong culture of promotion from within. Flynn Hospitality values its employees’ success highly and is committed to building a collaborative and empowering workplace where talent is nurtured and career growth is encouraged.

Join Flynn Hospitality as a Sales Manager to build something great together — a place where your contributions are valued, your voice is heard, and your potential for success is unlimited. Flynn Hospitality is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer that embraces diversity and inclusion, ensuring a respectful and empowering environment for all employees regardless of race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking to advance their careers in a company that values both guest satisfaction and employee development. Seize the chance to become part of a team committed to excellence and dedicated to making a mark in the hotel industry.
