The company also emphasizes core values such as doing the right thing, fostering community, boldly pursuing new experiences, and giving exceptional care to every detail to ensure an awesome experience for every guest and teammate.
The role of Sales Manager at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is a key position designed to drive the growth of revenue through private event sales. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 plus an incentive bonus based on performance, reflecting the importance of the role in the company's expansion strategy. The Sales Manager will play a vital role in partnering with multiple stakeholders across various departments to set budgets, strategize collaborative sales and marketing campaigns, and maintain a consistently high guest experience. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. The Sales Manager will implement innovative sales tactics tailored to the specific demographics, industries, and market conditions of various locations, aiming to boost revenue during typically slower periods. This person will also foster robust B2B relationships and use data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies continuously.
Alamo Drafthouse values teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, so the Sales Manager will regularly coordinate with operations teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and operational success. Regular reporting, analyzing sales statistics, managing lead pipelines, and maintaining profitability through dynamic pricing models are also critical components of the role.
