Job Requirements

Outside sales experience
1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred
Strong working knowledge of the community trade area
Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression

Job Duties

Build business through direct and indirect sales techniques
Plan and coordinate private dining and large party events
Lead and manage the Host/Sales department operations

Partner with Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless event execution
Engage with community marketing initiatives
Collaborate with staff at all levels to meet company goals
