Job Duties

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client outreach
  • Manage and grow corporate, group, university, healthcare, and local accounts
  • Conduct site tours, client presentations, and networking events
  • Negotiate contracts and close group rooms, meetings, and event business
  • Partner with revenue management to maximize occupancy, ADR, and citywide opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline activity, and sales systems such as Delphi
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with timely responses and follow-through
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless event and guest execution
  • Represent the hotel professionally in the community and at industry events
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue, booking, and sales activity goals
  • Support overall hotel success through teamwork and operational partnership
