Job Duties
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client outreach
- Manage and grow corporate, group, university, healthcare, and local accounts
- Conduct site tours, client presentations, and networking events
- Negotiate contracts and close group rooms, meetings, and event business
- Partner with revenue management to maximize occupancy, ADR, and citywide opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline activity, and sales systems such as Delphi
- Deliver exceptional customer service with timely responses and follow-through
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless event and guest execution
- Represent the hotel professionally in the community and at industry events
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue, booking, and sales activity goals
- Support overall hotel success through teamwork and operational partnership
