Job Requirements
- Some college education plus 2-3 years sales or marketing related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior hotel sales experience preferred
- Must speak fluent English
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest and client experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrable expertise in analysis and action taking
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required
- Delphi and Opera PMS experience a plus
- Ability to travel to attend workshops, trade shows, conventions
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Qualifications

- Related degree preferred
- Prior hotel sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest and client experiences

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Delphi and Opera PMS is a plus

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to produce repeat business and identify new accounts
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Prospect and penetrate new accounts through various channels
- Convert new accounts into loyal customers
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, community events, and industry meetings
- Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business through multiple sales efforts
- Prepare and present sales status reports and coordinate with hotel operations
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with sales staff and support teams
- Attend sales, revenue, and department meetings
