Job Requirements
- 1-2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines

Job Duties
- Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events-turning prospects into long-term partners
- Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success
- Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing
- Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help stay on course and ahead
- Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals
- Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY
