Job Requirements
- Outside sales experience
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the community trade area
- Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression

Job Duties
- Build business for the restaurant through direct and indirect sales techniques
- Plan and manage private and large party dining events
- Lead and manage the restaurant level Host/Sales department operations
- Model and demonstrate leadership grounded in Darden and The Capital Grille core values
- Partner with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless event execution
- Engage in community marketing initiatives
- Ensure efforts are directed toward attaining company goals
