Joining Avenue of the Arts Hotel means becoming part of a culture that values leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, and hospitality excellence. The ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation and communication skills, extensive knowledge of sales and hospitality principles, and the ability to balance competing priorities to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of three years' experience in a sales capacity at a large property (200+ rooms with at least 10,000 sq. ft of meeting space), with preferred exposure to AAA Four-Diamond service standards. Experience with software platforms such as Microsoft Office, Cvent, and CITY is necessary, alongside effective engagement with Marriott brand initiatives and client relationship management tools like Knowland and Insight.

This full-time Sales Manager position entails availability during weekends and weeknights as necessary, along with domestic travel to represent the hotel at key trade shows and business development meetings. A valid California driver’s license is required. The role offers the unique chance to contribute to revenue growth while working in a distinguished environment dedicated to luxury hospitality and client excellence.
