Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Analyze the current client base or target market for the hotel
  • Devise new ways to expand the client base
  • Develop promotional and advertising materials for the hotel
  • Oversee the distribution of marketing materials
  • Reach out to organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences and events
  • Meet with representatives from companies to explain the hotel's merits and amenities
