Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- Strong networking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties
- Analyze the current client base or target market for the hotel
- Devise new ways to expand the client base
- Develop promotional and advertising materials for the hotel
- Oversee the distribution of marketing materials
- Reach out to organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences and events
- Meet with representatives from companies to explain the hotel's merits and amenities
