Job Requirements
- education in business administration or related field preferred
- previous experience in sales or hospitality industry required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary
- ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies
- knowledge of local market and industry trends
- valid driver's license for conducting outside sales calls

Job Duties

- increase average room rates and sales volume
- manage local sales efforts through outside sales calls

- maintain relationships with community and civic organizations
- monitor and analyze local competition and industry trends
- ensure timely completion of daily assignments
- communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- work flexible shifts as needed
