Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior sales experience, preferably in hospitality
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts
- valid driver’s license
- proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- ability to travel locally for sales calls

Job Duties
- Help contribute to overall success of the hotel
- create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy
- increase average rate
- increase volume
- manage local sales efforts by conducting outside sales calls
- assist in developing packages and promotions to build business
- develop and maintain relationships with community and civic organizations
- maintain excellent knowledge of local competition and industry trends
- ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
