Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions renowned for operating some of the world’s most trusted car rental brands, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. This privately held company, managed by the Taylor family of St. Louis, operates through a vast network that spans over 90 countries and territories, with more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations. Enterprise Mobility’s extensive service offerings include car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services. The company manages a diverse fleet comprising approximately 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in annual revenue, establishing itself as a dominant player in the transportation industry globally. The organization prides itself on its commitment to convenience and customer-centric travel solutions, backed by a culture prioritizing employee development and advancement from within.

The Sales Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility offers an exciting career starting point for individuals eager to grow in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operational leadership. This program is designed with a clear path for advancement and continual opportunities for career progression. Based in one of the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia offices, including areas like West Chester, King of Prussia, Exton, Collegeville, and Oxford, this role provides immersive hands-on training supported by structured mentoring and comprehensive development initiatives. The target compensation of $57,530 annually is based on a 46-hour workweek, complemented by a robust total rewards package.

As a Management Trainee, you will start by learning the operational and customer service aspects from one of the neighborhood branches. You will become both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. The program equips you with the knowledge and skills required to eventually manage your own branch, develop customer relationships, lead a team, and contribute to business growth. You will be trained in customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and operational procedures.

At Enterprise Mobility, the culture fosters friendly competition, which drives business results and personal success. Trainees receive guidance and support through mentoring and are encouraged to engage with the local community to build essential business relationships. The company’s commitment to promoting from within means your career development is continuous, providing a stable yet dynamic work environment. Alongside competitive pay, employees enjoy benefits like paid time off, health and dental insurance, employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and profit sharing.

This position emphasizes inclusivity and equal opportunity, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds including veterans and individuals with disabilities. It is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a comprehensive career path with extensive training and growth potential within a reputable, global organization.
