Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • at least six months of cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles
  • availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
  • valid driver's license with limited moving violations
  • no DUI/DWI convictions or related offenses in past five years
  • strong interest in working in a sales environment
  • must be authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • minimum of six months experience in sales or customer service, including retail, hospitality, or commission sales
  • leadership experience from military, athletics, community, social, or academic organizations
  • strong interest in sales environments
  • valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
  • no DUI/DWI or drug and alcohol-related convictions in the past five years
  • authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Job Duties

  • Learn the business from day one while serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
  • master the knowledge and skills necessary to run a branch including sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • participate in a structured program combining hands-on learning, mentoring, and community engagement
  • develop and cultivate new business and build strong customer relationships
  • provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • lead and develop a team to meet business goals
  • manage operational aspects of the branch including finances, staffing, and customer interactions
