Job Description
Enterprise Mobility is a leading global provider of mobility solutions, operating well-established car rental brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With an extensive network of over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations spread across more than 90 countries and territories, the company is committed to making travel easier, more efficient, and more convenient for individuals and businesses alike. Privately held by the Taylor family based in St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility owns and manages a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles, accounting for nearly $39 billion in annual revenue. Beyond car rentals, the company offers a broad spectrum of services including carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management solutions that benefit customers in various travel and transportation needs.
Enterprise Mobility is currently hiring immediately for its well-respected Management Training Program, presenting a robust career opportunity for motivated individuals whose interests span sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. This program is designed to provide a clear career path characterized by continuous growth, skill development, and promotion from within, enabling trainees to progress and succeed in multiple facets of the business. The position is based in one of the branches around Downtown Orlando, FL 32801, with a unique 4-month rotation at the Orlando International Airport (MCO), giving trainees valuable exposure to airport operations paired with neighborhood branch experience.
The Management Training Program is an immersive and structured learning experience that combines hands-on training with mentoring and professional development. Trainees are taught the essentials of running a branch, including operational management, sales, marketing, customer service, and financial oversight. The program is engineered to build leadership skills and operational expertise, preparing trainees to eventually manage their own rental branch. The company fosters a culture of continuous learning and friendly competition that encourages trainees to put customers first, develop business strategies, and build strong teams.
In addition to competitive compensation, with targeted first-year annual earnings of $51,500 based on an average 46-hour workweek, Enterprise Mobility offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company match and profit sharing. These benefits, combined with career advancement opportunities and the support of a global leader in mobility solutions, make this an attractive role for candidates eager to launch a fulfilling management career.
