Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of comprehensive mobility solutions operating through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company owns and operates well-known brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Enterprise Mobility offers an extensive range of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management, aiming to simplify and enhance the travel experience for customers worldwide. As a family privately held by the Taylor family from St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue through more than 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations in over 90 countries and territories. This global footprint and broad service offering affirm the company’s stature as a leader in the transportation industry, emphasizing customer service, reliability, and operational excellence.

We are currently seeking to fill immediate openings in our Management Training Program at various locations including Town and Country, Hillsborough Ave, Downtown Tampa, South Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, and Suncity Center. This role offers targeted first year annual compensation of $52,300 based on an average 45-hour workweek. The position is ideal for individuals who see themselves progressing in careers involving sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The position promises a clear career path with opportunities for growth supported by robust training, development programs, and mentorship. Enterprise Mobility fosters a culture of promoting from within, ensuring continuous professional advancement for motivated employees.

As a Management Trainee, you will start gaining hands-on experience from day one based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as a vital representative of Enterprise Mobility, balancing responsibilities as the face of the company to customers and partners while becoming a behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program is structured to equip you with deep knowledge and essential skills necessary to eventually manage your own branch, drive business growth, and lead a team effectively. You will undergo comprehensive training covering all areas including customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and operational best practices.

At Enterprise Mobility, we emphasize a culture where customers always come first and where friendly competition drives the success of both the business and its employees. You will receive consistent guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure your professional development is successful. Moreover, you will engage with the community to build valuable relationships that contribute to business expansion. Our Management Training Program is not only a job but a career launchpad that offers extensive benefits and a nurturing environment for ambitious individuals looking to grow profoundly in the mobility industry.
