The targeted first-year annual compensation for this position stands at $53,105, based on an average 45-hour work week, coupled with a robust benefits package. This includes paid time off beginning at 14 days per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. Trainees will start their on-the-job learning at neighborhood branches, gaining hands-on experience and becoming essential operational experts and customer-facing managers.

As a Management Trainee, you will be entrusted to represent Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners while mastering the operational, sales, marketing, finance, and leadership skills necessary to run your own branch.
