Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a renowned leader in the mobility solutions industry, operating globally under the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. The company is privately owned by the Taylor family of St. Louis and boasts a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles. With a robust presence in more than 90 countries and territories and a network exceeding 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations, Enterprise Mobility has established itself as a trusted source for car rentals, carsharing, truck rentals, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and transportation services. Generating nearly $39 billion in revenue, the company emphasizes customer convenience and comprehensive travel solutions, benefiting both individual and corporate clients worldwide.

The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility presents an exceptional opportunity for career growth within a culture that prioritizes internal promotion, mentorship, and skill development. As a Manager in Training (MT), you will embark on a structured and hands-on learning journey designed to prepare you to lead your own branch. The program allows you to dive into various facets of the business, including sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and day-to-day operations. Located primarily at the Mobile, Alabama area—covering 2929 Government Blvd and surrounding markets such as West Mobile, Midtown, and Saraland—this program offers a career pathway with clear progression and abundant opportunities for advancement.

Your role as an MT will encompass serving as the company’s representative to customers and partners, mastering operational procedures, and ultimately managing the business’s success by cultivating new clientele and leading your team. Enterprise Mobility invests in developing your professional competencies through continuous training, coaching, and real-world experiences. You will learn essential skills in customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial oversight, and operational management, all while upholding the company’s commitment to always putting customers first. This program supports a collaborative and friendly competitive environment, which is critical for both individual and company growth.

Designed for those ready to experience immediate employment and career advancement, the position offers a targeted 1st-year annual compensation of $50,000 based on a 47-hour workweek. The company also provides a robust benefits package, including paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. Enterprise Mobility encourages candidates who are detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to take on new responsibilities to apply for this enriching opportunity that combines structured professional development with immersion in community relations and business management.
