Enterprise Mobility is a prominent leader in the mobility solutions industry, renowned for its comprehensive network of car rental brands that include Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Operating through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries, Enterprise Mobility offers a wide range of transportation services such as car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management. With a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and nearly $39 billion in revenue, the company serves customers across more than 9,500 locations in over 90 countries and territories worldwide. Privately held by the Taylor family from St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility prides itself on its customer-centric approach, commitment to innovation, and dedication to providing convenient and reliable transportation solutions.

This job opportunity is for the Management Training Program located at 1475 Carroll Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30318, or nearby offices. This program is designed for those eager to start a dynamic career in management, sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations within a global leader in the mobility sector. The Management Trainee role is a full-time position offering targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,105 based on an average 45-hour workweek. The company emphasizes career growth and development through structured training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, ensuring that trainees have a clear career pathway with ample opportunities for advancement. The role involves hands-on learning at neighborhood branches where trainees will engage with customers, manage operational activities, and develop essential skills in sales, marketing, finance, and leadership.

As a Management Trainee at Enterprise Mobility, your journey begins with immersive training to understand the business's core aspects, equipping you with the knowledge to eventually lead your own branch. This role provides a unique blend of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes operational management. Trainees will receive ongoing guidance and support from experienced mentors while building relationships within the community to foster business growth. The company values individuals who are driven, customer-focused, and possess a competitive spirit—traits that are crucial for success in the fast-paced environment of car rental and mobility services. Through this program, you will learn to prioritize exceptional customer service alongside developing strategic skills in business development and team leadership, setting a strong foundation for a rewarding career with Enterprise Mobility.
