Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly 39 billion dollars in revenue through a vast network of more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations spanning over 90 countries and territories. Known for its commitment to customer service excellence and business innovation, Enterprise Mobility is a prominent name in the transportation and rental industry with a strong culture of growth and promotion from within.

This full-time program is designed to equip new managers with comprehensive knowledge and skills, preparing them to lead their own branch operations successfully. Hired trainees will gain in-depth exposure to all facets of the business, from customer service and sales to marketing, finance, and operational management. The role is based at one of several locations in the Shreveport/Bossier City area in Louisiana, including addresses at 3315 E Texas St, Bossier City; 8748 Quimper Pl, Shreveport; 5225 Monkhouse Dr, Shreveport; 1130 Shreveport Barksdale Hwy, Shreveport; and 3701 Benton Rd, Bossier City.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with targeted first-year annual earnings ranging between $47,500 and $55,547 based on a typical 46-hour workweek. Benefits include paid time off starting at 12 days per year, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, and employee discounts on car rentals and purchases. A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and profit sharing is also offered. This robust benefits package underscores Enterprise’s commitment to not only professional growth but also employee wellbeing.

As a Management Trainee, individuals will learn and grow through hands-on experience and mentorship. The training environment fosters leadership development with a clear pathway from management training to branch management. Trainees become the company’s face to customers and the operational expert behind the scenes. The company emphasizes a culture of putting customers first while thriving in a friendly competitive atmosphere that drives both business and personal success. Through regular mentoring, training, and opportunities to build community relationships, this program sets the foundation for a sustainable and rewarding career in retail management and business operations within the mobility industry.
