Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions operating some of the most recognized brands in the car rental industry including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company runs a vast integrated global network composed of independent regional subsidiaries, offering a variety of services such as car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management. This extensive network is designed to make travel easier and more convenient for customers worldwide.

Privately held by the Taylor family from St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates close to $38 billion in revenue annually. They operate more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories. Known for its strong focus on excellent customer service and its unique promotion-from-within culture, Enterprise Mobility continuously fosters career development and mentoring, offering employees a clear career path with abundant growth opportunities.

The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility is a respected opportunity to kick-start a promising management career in the mobility industry. This program is designed for candidates who envision themselves growing in areas such as sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The training provides participants with an immersive experience from day one, where they learn both the operational and customer-facing aspects of the business.

Trainees in the program are placed at neighborhood branches in Woodlands, Conroe, or surrounding areas within zip codes 77386 or 77301, enabling them to develop community relationships and understand local business dynamics. The role entails mastering various skills including customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and branch operations. Trainees will receive comprehensive instruction, mentoring, and support from Enterprise Mobility to prepare them for running their own branch, fostering new business, and leading teams successfully.

This position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $54,000 and is aligned with an average 45-hour workweek. The company also provides a robust benefits package that includes paid time off (starting with 12 days per year plus 6 paid holidays), health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

Enterprise Mobility emphasizes a culture of friendly competition and continuous development, where employees are encouraged to put customers first while cultivating their leadership and business acumen. The company is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a respectful and inclusive work environment accommodating individuals with disabilities and veterans. This Management Training Program is geared towards development within a supportive culture focused on career advancement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
