The company offers a broad spectrum of transportation services such as car rental, car sharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management designed to make travel more accessible, convenient, and efficient for customers worldwide. Privately owned by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages an impressive diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles, generating nearly $38 billion in revenue. Their network encompasses over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories, underscoring their significant footprint in the transportation and rental car industry.

The role provides comprehensive training, development opportunities, mentoring, and a culture that promotes growth from within, creating a clear career progression path.

In the Management Training role, you will start gaining hands-on experience from day one, working out of neighborhood branches and being viewed as both a customer-facing representative and an operational specialist behind the scenes. Trainees will undertake a structured development program equipping them with essential skills and knowledge needed to manage branch operations, foster new business relationships, and develop a productive team. The position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $54,000 with a typical 45-hour work week, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan with company match and profit sharing, making it a competitive and rewarding opportunity.

This role emphasizes a culture centered around putting the customer first, excelling in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and encouraging friendly competition essential for personal success and business growth. Training incorporates community engagement and relationship-building strategies essential for business development. Enterprise Mobility prides itself on creating an environment where employees are supported through guidance and mentoring, equipping them with tools for success. This is an equal opportunity role inviting applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities and veterans.
