Job Description

Ken Garff Automotive Group is a renowned name in the automotive dealership industry, known for its commitment to excellence and progressive approach to business. Established in 1932 by Ken Garff, this group of dealerships has evolved into a powerhouse that differentiates itself through a strong focus on core values, employee satisfaction, and community engagement. Unlike typical dealerships, Ken Garff Automotive Group prides itself on doing things differently, constantly seeking to change, grow, and improve in ways that benefit both customers and employees. With a rich history spanning more than 90 years, the group has become synonymous with trust, integrity, and respect in the automotive sector. Ken Garff Automotive Group encompasses multiple dealerships, each operating with a unique blend of professionalism and a personal touch that creates a welcoming environment for buyers and staff alike.

Honda SL, a proud Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently seeking a Sales Lot Attendant who embodies their core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the dealership continues to operate smoothly and efficiently by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed vehicle lot. The Sales Lot Attendant position is perfect for individuals who are highly precise, attentive to detail, and enjoy performing skill-based work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role is designed for someone who brings a positive attitude, high energy, and strong communication skills to the table. The successful candidate will be responsible for crucial tasks such as arranging cars on the lot, washing and fueling vehicles, inspecting new and used cars for damage, and verifying vehicle information against invoices. Additionally, the lot attendant will manage key cataloging and storage, ensuring that vehicle access is controlled and efficient. Honda SL encourages individuals who are analytical and accommodating, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, to join their closely-knit family of employees.

Working at Ken Garff Automotive Group means you are part of a culture that values listening deeply to its employees, believing that great service starts with valuing the people behind the scenes as much as those out on the sales floor. The company offers competitive compensation, a robust benefits package, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and a workplace where employee wellbeing is prioritized. The company believes in rewarding loyalty with programs such as the Garff Giveback year-end bonus and employee discounts on vehicle purchases. Moreover, they offer pathways for growth into sales and service roles, making this an excellent starting point for those interested in building a career in the automotive industry.

In essence, the Sales Lot Attendant role at Honda SL is not just a job; it is a chance to be part of an organization with a deep-rooted history and a progressive vision for the future. The successful candidate will not only help maintain the dealership's operational excellence but will also contribute to a culture that honors teamwork, humility, and continuous improvement. If you are looking to join a company that does things differently—where your energy, focus, and commitment can drive real change—then Ken Garff Automotive Group invites you to start your journey with them today.
