Beyond the salary, employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, group insurance, 401K retirement savings, paid time off, and more. With opportunities for professional growth and paid training, the company is committed to investing in its workforce, providing them with the tools and incentives necessary to build a rewarding career within the automotive industry.

For individuals eager to develop their knowledge of vehicle types and dealership operations, this role is an excellent career-building opportunity. The flexible work schedule, combined with the family-centered work environment and attractive benefits, positions Mossy Auto Group as a preferred employer in the automotive retail sector. The organization’s policy of embracing diversity and maintaining a drug-free workplace further endorses its dedication to providing a safe, inclusive, and equitable place to work.
