Training and mentoring staff members is a key aspect of this role, emphasizing ongoing development in product knowledge and sales techniques. This position offers competitive compensation, including an hourly rate between $17 and $22, complemented by uncapped weekly bonuses that reward outstanding performance, with top performers averaging $400 to $800 or more in monthly bonuses.
