The company's impressive brand portfolio includes household names such as Campbell's, Cape Cod, Chunky, Goldfish, Kettle Brand, Lance, Late July, Pacific Foods, Pepperidge Farm, Prego, Pace, Rao's Homemade, Snack Factory, Snyder's of Hanover, Swanson, and V8. Committed to building a rewarding career environment, Campbell's supports its employees with opportunities to grow, innovate, and make lasting contributions every day.
The Sales Lead for Global Exports at Campbell's is a pivotal role focused on driving sales growth, distribution, and commercial initiatives to meet the region’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This role primarily targets markets in Europe, specifically Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom, while also having exposure to export markets in Asia and the Middle East. As part of a multimillion-dollar portfolio, the Sales Lead works closely with various departments such as Sales Head LGX, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and key distributors to ensure successful commercial execution and market expansion.
This role demands strong collaboration across multiple multicultural and international markets. The Sales Lead will support implementing strategic growth plans and channel strategies aligned with distributor capabilities. Responsibilities include leading commercial negotiations, business planning, and managing trade spend and investment budgets. The position also requires analyzing market data to provide insights that inform portfolio decisions and innovation initiatives. Working in a dynamic and competitive environment, this role requires excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on brand consistency and operational excellence.
Campbell’s offers a comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one, which includes medical, dental, short and long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance for individuals, families, and domestic partners. Employees have access to a matching 401(k) plan with immediate vesting, unlimited sick time, paid time off, holiday pay, and additional workplace perks such as a fitness center, on-site daycare, and company store at the WHQ location. Community engagement is highly encouraged through the “Campbell’s Cares” program that matches employee donations and volunteer activities up to $1,500 annually.
The Sales Lead position is based at Campbell’s corporate office in Doral, Florida, with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days per week in the office. The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is $89,400 to $128,500, with actual pay depending on location, experience, skills, and education. Minimal travel is expected, with an annual trip to Europe (UK and Germany). Campbell's is committed to equal employment opportunities, fostering a supportive and diverse work environment where all employees and applicants are valued without discrimination based on protected characteristics.
