The role of Specialist Sales Front Desk is essential in delivering outstanding guest service and facilitating memorable vacation experiences for Marriott’s owners and guests. This position is hourly, offering a competitive wage of $30.49 per hour and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts between 7am and 6pm, including weekends and holidays. As a Specialist Sales Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring they are comfortable during their visit to the sales gallery or scheduled sales presentations. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, offering refreshments, managing premiums for marketing programs, and promoting the company’s brand image both internally and externally.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass background and drug screening as required
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees and perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in English and Japanese

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or stop by the sales gallery for general information
- Ensure all guests are comfortable and offer refreshments as they wait
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed sales presentation and volume production goals
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally
- Create, log, and expedite premiums for site marketing programs
- Welcome and anticipate guest needs while interacting professionally
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
