As a Sales Executive VIP at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company's Vacation Introductory Program. Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years sales experience required, 3+ years preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred

Job Duties

  • Educate and sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests
  • Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with company rules
  • Make required presentations to guests
  • Survey toured guests to gather feedback about Hilton VIP products and presentations
  • Meet and maintain performance metrics for success
  • Resolve complex customer service issues
  • Adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
