Job Requirements

  • High school degree/GED or higher
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred)
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license preferred
  • previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred

Job Duties

  • Educate and sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests
  • complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules
  • make required presentation to guests
  • survey toured guests gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations
  • meet and maintain metrics for success in this role
  • ability to resolve complex customer service issues
  • ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
