Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities
- make recommendations given the background information obtained on the Owner through discovery
- follow and adhere to the consultative sales process when presenting to owners and guests
- complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized
- work with less experienced sales executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills
- provide specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
