Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior sales experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • ability to obtain a Florida Real Estate License within 90 days
  • strong ethical standards
  • results driven mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Results oriented personality
  • strong communication and partnership skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • previous sales experience in luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, restaurants, finance, or services sector is a plus
  • sharp professional image with ambition to succeed
  • willingness to obtain a Florida Real Estate License within 90 days

Job Duties

  • Present ownership products and programs to guests and potential owners to generate sales volume while maintaining professionalism and ethical representation
  • sell to qualified buyers who are pre-screened to attend appointment-only presentations
  • engage with potential clients to create unforgettable vacation experiences
  • maintain consistent day-to-day responsibilities aligned with company goals
  • participate in paid training sessions both in the classroom and on site
  • collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
  • uphold Hilton Grand Vacations' mission and values in all interactions
