The Sales Executive role at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, located in Los Angeles, California, offers a full-time management position that is essential to achieving the hotel’s revenue goals. With an annual salary range of $77,000 to $101,000 plus eligibility for bonuses, this position is central to driving topline revenue through proactive business solicitation strategies. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business by targeting small business accounts, sourcing new leads, and revitalizing past business opportunities. This role requires collaboration with Property Sales Leaders and various sales teams to implement competitive pricing and sales strategies across assigned hotels.
This position entails a comprehensive approach to managing sales activities such as identifying priority accounts, executing property-specific lead generation programs, and leveraging business intelligence tools to maximize account yields. The role also involves close partnerships with General Managers and coordination with both local and national sales teams, including U.S. Account Sales and Global Sales Operations, to capitalize on corporate business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Additionally, the Sales Executive plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction through daily interactions, site inspections, and active participation in community and industry events.
With a focus on relationship building, the Sales Executive works to secure and expand account share by leveraging deployed account resources, coordinating follow-ups with local businesses, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all sales channels. Reporting accurately in internal systems to track leads, revenue production, and market trends is critical for informed decision-making and effective sales execution. The position requires adaptability to varying workloads, independent prioritization skills, and a commitment to the company’s customer service standards, all while driving revenue from local non-deployed accounts.
Joining Sheraton Hotels & Resorts means becoming part of a global community that values team players who aim to deliver meaningful guest experiences. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a brand dedicated to being 'The World’s Gathering Place,' where professionals can belong to an amazing global team, begin their purpose, and become the best version of themselves. The Sales Executive position is an excellent fit for driven individuals with a background in hospitality sales who are eager to contribute their talents to a well-established, supportive, and dynamic organization.
