This role is a full-time Management position based in Los Angeles, California, with a competitive annual salary range of $77,000 to $101,000, and includes eligibility for bonuses. The Sales Executive position within Sheraton Hotels & Resorts focuses on driving revenue growth and achieving topline goals by actively soliciting and converting business across various market segments. The role requires a strategic approach to sales and marketing efforts, particularly in managing account relationships, generating new leads, and supporting property-specific pricing strategies.
The Sales Executive acts as a vital liaison between the hotel and its customers, working closely with Property Sales Leaders, hotel General Managers, and other sales teams to create and implement competitive sales strategies. Strategic activities include identifying top accounts, coordinating efforts to pull-through business, reactivating lost business opportunities, and maximizing the local and corporate market share. The role involves extensive customer engagement through face-to-face interactions, site inspections, participation in local networking events, and ongoing relationship management to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The successful candidate will leverage internal and third-party sales intelligence tools to generate leads and assess the long-term potential of customer accounts. You will be expected to collaborate closely with Multi-Hotel Sales, U.S. Account Sales, and other organizational sales channels to ensure a coordinated and effective sales approach. Utilizing negotiation skills and creative selling techniques is crucial to uncovering new business and maintaining a competitive edge within the hospitality market. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate reporting and lead information in various sales management systems to support data-driven decision-making and revenue generation.
At Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, the emphasis is placed on not only meeting but exceeding revenue targets through proactive and innovative sales initiatives. You will also contribute to company marketing initiatives, participate in sales strategy meetings, and adapt dynamically to changing business needs. By joining this role, you embark on a rewarding career path that combines customer relationship management, strategic sales, and industry expertise within a highly respected and supportive global community. This position is ideal for a driven and experienced sales professional passionate about hospitality and eager to make an impact in the competitive hotel sales sector.
