Job Description

The Herb Box is a reputable restaurant establishment known for its commitment to locally sourced food and seasonally inspired ingredients. Located in Scottsdale, AZ, with two primary locations, The Herb Box emphasizes quality service and a warm, inviting atmosphere that offers a memorable dining experience for families and friends alike. Proudly delivering traditional recipes with a modern twist, this restaurant has built a loyal clientele that appreciates its approach to extraordinary cuisine and impeccable service. The company also extends its offerings beyond dining with personalized event services designed to accommodate various styles and sizes of gatherings, from intimate private dinners to large parties. Their multiple private dining spaces and expansive patio area provide versatile options for hosting events that are both elegant and comfortable. The Herb Box's dedication to hospitality is reflected in every aspect of its operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and a culturally rich dining experience.

The Sales Events Coordinator role at The Herb Box is an essential part of the revenue generation team, primarily responsible for converting inbound Catering and Private Dining leads into confirmed and profitable events. This position operates within a dynamic sales team environment alongside Sales Managers and other Sales Event Coordinators, each playing a vital role in balancing new business generation with client-level execution. The role requires an individual with a strong hospitality sales background, especially in catering or banquet event settings, who can skillfully manage client consultations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Beyond just sales, the coordinator supports outbound and referral-based sales efforts to help drive overall sales growth.

Working typically 40-50 hours a week with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends according to event schedules, the Sales Events Coordinator ensures continuous momentum in the sales pipeline. The role also involves close collaboration with Event Captains and Operations teams to guarantee flawless execution and client satisfaction, encouraging repeat business and long-term client relationships. With an emphasis on consultative selling and client communication, this position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments. The position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about exceptional hospitality and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving restaurant sales team.
