Job Requirements
- 1 year prior experience in sales
- Prefer college degree in business, management, or operations
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Drug screening clearance
- Willingness to fulfill Manager-On-Duty responsibilities on a rotating basis
- Effective communication skills
- Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales
- Prefer college degree in business, management, or operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead outreach programs and community events
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Experience in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Commitment to resident-centered service
Job Duties
- Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
- Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
- Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
- Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
- Fulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
