Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality or related field preferred
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Capability to provide excellent customer service
- Must stand for long periods and frequently walk the property
- Must operate office machinery and use technology related to the role
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and provide friendly service
- Professional selling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
