Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- no prior experience required
- basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software
- results-oriented professional with verbal and written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion
- ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- analytic and reporting skills

Job Duties
- Calls on accounts and covers daily routes that do not have coverage by creating an established and efficient routing pattern
- strategizes and preplans on how best to achieve sales and merchandising objectives
- understands accounts' buying patterns by reviewing company pricing and product programming monthly and maintaining accurate account purchase history
- maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves where legal
- ensures maximum brand visibility within accounts using effective and current point of sale materials
- services accounts by delivering products to customers in extenuating circumstances and handling customer issues and complaints, referring as appropriate to management
- may be expected to obtain payment depending on the market
- attains standards of performance goals by achieving distribution, volume, and activity goals
- ensures national account compliance by accurately completing all necessary surveys
- performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
