Job Requirements

  • minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional event management experience
  • strong communication and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • proficiency in event-related technology platforms
  • capacity to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • strong project management and organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • proficiency with event management software and tools
  • leadership and team supervision experience

Job Duties

  • manage event planning and coordination for corporate, educational, press, sponsorship, and client events
  • supervise event teams and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness
  • coordinate timelines, logistics, and resources for all events and activations
  • liaise with sales, marketing, and partnership teams to align event objectives
  • oversee budgets and vendor contracts related to event executions
  • troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain seamless event flow
  • ensure compliance with company policies and client specifications
