Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum two years’ administrative experience in hospitality
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- knowledge of Salesforce (Delphi) and Opera Cloud preferred
- strong multitasking and time management capabilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage billing accurately
- capacity to work under minimal supervision
- ability to handle guest complaints independently
- physical ability to perform office tasks including lifting up to 15 lbs
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- two years’ administrative experience preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (Delphi), and Opera Cloud preferred
- strong time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for billing
- ability to communicate clearly in English both written and spoken
- ability to resolve guest complaints independently
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Provide general administrative support
- perform duties of other team coordinators when required
- support time management on execution of projects
- prepare written correspondence including reports, banquet event orders, group resumes, and schedule of events
- run and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- coordinate site inspections, menu tastings, pre-consultations, and internal communication with operational departments
- assist with creating purchase orders and vendor management
- manage event files including contract copies and turnover checklists
- create and assist with all in-house event requests and banquet event orders
- communicate effectively with banquets, culinary, rooms, and other operational teams to relay client needs and special requests
- assist clients in the absence of a meetings and events manager
- oversee office stationery levels and ordering
